It's a fourth floor self-styled 'western ice bar'. It's quite American in style, with wooden tables and high stools. But equally a bit confused and Korean with some twinkling lights and a massive bears head you can dress up in once you're a bit tipsy. The view from the 4th floor of all the stuff that's going on is great too.
The ice bar bit means that theres a big table with high stools, and in the middle is a load of ice, with a load of bottles in. You can take what you want and pay at the end. We started out on the saeng maekju, Max on draught. However, we drank them dry (minus points) so moved on to the bottles in the middle of the table.
There was a bit selection, all the Japanese lagers were there, Tsing tao from China, Bud, Duvel, Lowenbrau, Eerdinger and Smirnof Ice for the ladies.
Heinekans set us back alot of money though and we had a huge bill at the end. I think that's the danger of having bottles at hands reach in front of you!! It was for the best though because the one waitress was rushed off her feet and was panicking, so we just sorted ourselves out.
The atmosphere's buzzy and busy. I don't recall there being any music on, but I may have been wrong. We were all having a laugh anyway so that was good.
I hear Wa Bar is a chain here. I'm yet to find more, but for a straight up korean style American bar, it was good. Just needed more staff and more beer for next time we go!!
