MUSIC - Wasn't any on at first but then Jackson 5, Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder!! Shame it wasn't like that for the whole time.

BEER - Timmy Taylor. OK prices - £2.70ish per pint. Very good selection of real ales.

CLIENTELE - Toddler being taught how to play a gambling machine. Group of 40 somethings using the phrase 'Like he had pineapples in his pocket'. Not a young crowd but pretty chilling.

DECOR - Puby. Collection of old whiskey boxes. Huge open fire with a stone surround. Big place with lots of rooms. Our table was tiny though. Old fancy bar.

STAFF - Really nice. Waitress was lovely and funny - gave us biscuits. Barmaid was friendly.
