MUSIC - Middle of the road ambient dance, like what your older brother still listens to. (Think Orbital on Diazepam)

BEER - All the lagers not sure about the ales, quite expensive too as I recall -

CLIENTELE - Usually busy with young professional types, nursing either hangovers or kids. But they don't really say fuck all, so can't complain.

STAFF - Gay Phil's brother used to work there, I think there may be attractive foreign barmaids as well.

DECOR - Little converted shop, no fuss with the decor. Just nice and simple. Used to have amusing quotes about being pissed in the bogs.

Not sure where to put the food so I'll whack it in with the decor: mint. They do everything from a steak canadien to gay little salads to a huge fry-up with a pint for less than a fiver.
