Beer: 7/10 Nice selection of real ales however a little pricey, two pints came to over a fiver.
Staff Friendliness: 5/10 Pretty average, a smile or a hello would have been nice.
Decor: 6/10 Rustic look about the place but not altogether genuine...anyone can put copper pots on the wall and fake beams on a ceiling.
Clientele: 6/10 Mainly young professionals and the retired out for a nice meal.
Music: 4/10 They were playing simply red when we arrived...nuff said.
Comments: Pleasant atmosphere but perhaps not for those who enjoy a good cheap beverage with good music. Imagine the venue where you would go for your mam's 50th. Worth a visit on a sunny day for the beer garden.
Or, as a more cynical reviewer put it:
Imagine beige meets magnolia - far too sanitised to have any fun.
