So, Alex and I had just been to the Leeds beer festival where we had sampled lots of tasty beers and ciders and so we were in need of some sustenance.

We were greeted by a rather grumpy waiter who said we could sit anywhere, brought us our menus and informed us it is a counter service sort of place.
The menus are well designed, lots of tasty sounding burgers, I went for the Habanero, and Alex chose the Wellington burger, we also ordered a side of onion rings and small fries. When you order you can choose how your meat is cooked which is a nice touch.

To say this is a main stream, chainy sort of place I was very impressed by the hotness of the Habanero sauce, super hot, super spicy, and was complimented well by the fresh lemonade.
The decor is pretty bland, although the menu on the wall looks good and anthropomorphizes the burgers and the ketchup comes in a squeezy tomato.
It's a shame the service and atmosphere were so poor because the food is awesome!

So overall, if you enjoy a good burger come here, just dont expect good service.
