Beer- NO ALE!!! NONE!!!! Was reduced to drinking Kopparberg cider. £4 a bottle! Shocking. Really very little choice and nothing of interest in the fridges or in the taps. Extremely poor. They only score points because they actually have booze.

Music- Travis. Quiet. Shit.

Clientele- About 10 people in. Not really much to comment on. A few people playing on the gambling machines, but like an arcade pub :(

Staff- Nice, he apolgised for the expense of my drink!

Decor- Obviously a chain pub. Fake beams on the ceiling even though i would imagine the original pub would have had nice beams. All the seats, carpet, things on the walls are totally interchangeable with any other pub. Not at all sympathetic to the original place and consequently a horrible atmosphere compounded by gamblors and rubbish music. Nice pic of george and the dragon though....... Oh and behind the bar they have Hello Kitty activity packs for the kids. That's a plus point.
