This is a little lunchtime gem, as many people must be aware as it was very busy when we went. Lots of work types on dinner break, parents with little 'uns and lunching layabouts (us, that is). A mighty cheap meal I must say and tasty tasty tasty. Came to £12.91 for meatballs and spaghetti, a mozzarella and tuna panini, a bottle of Peroni and a fancy pear juice. My meatballs were smashing, could not fault them. Minus points however for lack of a bit of salad with the sandwich. There was lots of choice and some unusual options. I like the whole Italian and Polish together thing. However, chairs are pretty uncomfortable and service was rather distracted - but, to be fair, it is a cafe and not a restaurant. Would have been nice to have some Italian or Polish music to improve the ambience, Abba didn't really cut it; but I am picking at things really. It is very good food. For very cheap.
